I recently had E-Wiks caravan movers installed on my Unipod caravan by WW Caravan Movers. After completing a 4x4 trip through Namibia, covering approximately 5,500 km over some very challenging terrain, including plenty of rocky and sandy roads, I experienced a problem with one of the movers.

What really impressed me was not just the product, but the exceptional after-sales service I received from Wouter and his team.

Throughout the process, Wouter always answered my calls and was more than willing to assist. He even sent his team to my home to assess the problem and carry out the necessary repairs.

I have not experienced such diligent, professional and customer-focused service in a very long time! What stood out most was their willingness to take responsibility, find a solution and help their customer, rather than trying to shift the blame onto the consumer.
